About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Briarwood in Worcester, MASS is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note this will be a 40 hour weekly role - weekend rotation required. Covering both SNF know as Knollwood and Outpatient Side at Briarwood. The Outpatient will be 2 1/2 days per week and is right on the same campus. We will require our final candidate to obtain the NPI number for billing purposes during onboarding process.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
