About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Florida State PT License required (or compact if applicable)
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Open to new graduates – no experience required

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized physical therapy interventions
- Create and implement treatment plans aligned with physician directives
- Educate patients and families on exercises, equipment, and home rehab strategies
- Maintain clinical documentation and participate in interdisciplinary team care
- Prioritize caseloads and participate in staff coordination and care planning
