Requirements

• Licensed in the state (active PT license)
• CPR‑certified (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Experienced—1 year in a healthcare setting
• Physically able to meet job demands
• A strong communicator
• Reliable with dependable transportation
• Dedicated to high‑quality patient care
• Positive, motivated, and mission‑driven
