HSHS and Prevea Health are actively seeking Physical Therapists (PT's) to join our inpatient/acute care or outpatient therapy teams. Position Specifics: Department Options: Inpatient/Acute Care or Outpatient Therapy Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep Schedule Options: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN (as needed), Day shift Locations: Green Bay WI. area/locations available Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (varies by role, location, and FTE) Compensation: Competitive and aligned with experience Outpatient Specialties Include: Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Women’s & Men’s Health, Health & Wellness Programs, and more. Requirements
- Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
- Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
