Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, create comprehensive treatment plans, and provide physical therapy treatments.
