About The Position
A well-established outpatient rehabilitation therapy group seeking to add a Physical Therapist to support continued growth across its four Eastern Shore Virginia clinic locations. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a collaborative, patient-focused environment in a scenic coastal community.
Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
