About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist position. This in-house program operates within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment, delivering holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. The role offers a salary with 75% productivity benchmarks and no mandated group treatment. Therapists receive specialized on-site training during paid work hours, with some sessions eligible for CEUs. The facilities include state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment. There is an opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans. Acts fosters a positive leadership philosophy that gives therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing. As a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years. In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
