About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist (PT) position. In-house program in a friendly slower paced community environment providing holistic care, including prevention Salary with 75% productivity benchmarks No mandated group treatment Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs State-of-the-art rehab gyms Ability to build relationships by following patients across a continuum of care through inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs Positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing Due to our company being a non-profit organization, school loan forgiveness is available after 10 years! In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the State(s) where services are rendered
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
