Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for providing high-quality patient care with a focus on personalized, hands-on treatment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outpatient experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
