CentraState is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role provides physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring high-quality care across the continuum of rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient populations. This position may require weekend or holiday coverage on a rotating basis

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
  • 1+ years of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the care team.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-care recovery.
  • Accurately document assessments, goals, progress notes, and discharge summaries in EMR system.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
