We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team in Millsboro, DE. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans while helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and outcomes
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within our EMR system
• Educate patients on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging patient experience
