About The Position
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team where patient care is steady and structured. In this role, you’ll evaluate movement, identify limitations, and guide patients through treatment plans that support recovery and long-term function. The schedule allows you to stay present with each patient without feeling rushed.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Washington PT license
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations
- Build treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Lead exercise-based therapy sessions
- Apply manual techniques when appropriate
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Provide clear instructions for home programs
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
