About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and clinical-focused Physical Therapist to join our team in the North Sound region. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated New Graduate, we offer a supportive environment with extensive mentorship and a flexible work-life balance. Location: Burlington, WA Compensation & Benefits Salary: $88,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience). Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000. Tuition Reimbursement: Annual match up to $1,300 (Years 1-2) and $1,500 (Year 3+). Continuing Education: Unlimited educational opportunities through Evidence in Motion with full coverage. Performance Incentives Earn up to an additional $7,800 per year through our daily patient volume bonus structure: 11.25 patients/day: $50 bonus 11.50 patients/day: $100 bonus 12+ patients/day: $150 bonus Schedule & Caseload Enjoy a highly flexible Monday – Friday work week. We are open to several configurations to fit your lifestyle: Options: 5x8hr | 4x10hr | 4x9hr + 1x4hr. Evening Rotation: 5x8hr schedules require 1–2 evenings per week. Patient Volume: 11–14 patients per day (average 55/week). 8-hour days: 11 patients/day. 10-hour days: 14 patients/day. Requirements Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Licensure: Active Washington State PT license (or eligibility to obtain). Experience: Previous outpatient experience is preferred, but we are open to New Grads!
