Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas PT license or ability to obtain licensure promptly
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
• CPR certification
• Strong communication skills with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
• A positive, compassionate approach to delivering high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

• Marketing experience to help promote clinic services is a plus
