About The Position

Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment, performs physical testing for patient evaluation, and develops and revises policies and procedures for physical therapy.

Requirements

• Graduate of a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education, or an approved successor organization.
• No additional experience is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
• Must possess and maintain a Physical Therapist License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Employee must not and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG’s Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
