As the provider of home health therapy services for Community Home Care, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapy license
• Comfort working independently in the home setting
