Requirements
- Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- One year of experience in the outpatient Ortho setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Someone who brings more than skills – you bring a desire to make a difference.
- A proactive learner, eager to explore and grow in diverse areas of physical therapy.
- A team player, ready to share and collaborate for the best outcomes.
Responsibilities
- New patient evaluation and follow up visits with ongoing POC management
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner
- Actively participate in In-House Continuing Education presentations
- Participate in marketing activities, as needed
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
