About The Position
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time outpatient setting. You will work one-on-one with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support safe recovery. The day-to-day work includes evaluations, treatment planning, exercise instruction, and helping patients stay consistent with their rehabilitation goals.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning
- Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
- Create treatment plans that address each patient’s condition and goals
- Deliver physical therapy treatments using exercise, stretching, and manual therapy
- Monitor patient response and modify treatment as appropriate
- Teach proper movement patterns and home exercise programs
- Maintain timely and complete patient records
- Coordinate care with the clinical team as needed
