About The Position

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and support patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional mobility conditions. This role combines individualized treatment planning, hands-on therapy, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to help patients restore function and improve quality of life.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients’ physical function, mobility, strength, and pain levels
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments
Provide one-on-one therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations
Stay current with evidence-based practices and rehabilitation techniques
