About The Position

Physical Therapist (PT) - Minneapolis This is a paid per visit position starting at $80 per visit! Nightingale Home Healthcare was established with one purpose – to put our patients first. Nightingale provides patients with around the clock care and support, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity without compromise. Nightingale Home Healthcare is currently seeking full-time physical therapist with excellent verbal/written communication and teaching skills as well as demonstrable comfort with electronic documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous homecare, outpatient or skilled nursing facility experience. Why work for us? Requirements

Active MN Physical Therapist license
A minimum of one years of patient care experience; preferably in a homecare setting
Able to travel the assigned territory
Able to work full-time M-F
Able to assist with on call / weekends when needed
Active CPR Certification
Active driver license and reliable transportation
Electronic documentation experience
Able to attend orientation in the MN Office
