About The Position
Provides outpatient physical therapy services under Medical Director of PM&R Evaluates patients and develops individualized plans of care Delivers evidence-based treatments and documents care timely and accurately Supervises and collaborates with PTAs and rehab staff Focus on patient safety, functional outcomes, and high-level customer service
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (TX)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from accredited program
- BLS/CPR (AED required)
- EMR/computer proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient PT experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Responsibilities
- Interpret provider referrals and perform evaluations
- Develop functional goals and treatment plans
- Modify treatments based on patient progress
- Educate patients, families, and care team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Participate in CQI and ongoing education
