Summary Our client is seeking a passionate, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our Upper East Side team. Requirements

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in New York
Strong interest or experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Passion for manual therapy and functional, movement-based care
Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
Commitment to understanding the “why” behind each condition—not just treating symptoms

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, including post-operative care, chronic pain, balance issues, and functional movement impairments.
Deliver manual therapy and evidence-based functional rehabilitation in a true one-on-one model (45 minutes per session).
Take a comprehensive approach—analyzing movement, posture, strength, and lifestyle factors to uncover the source of each patient’s challenges.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and long-term wellness.
Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their recovery and prevention strategies.
Collaborate with your team to provide integrated, whole-body care that supports sustainable outcomes.
Maintain timely, thorough documentation using our EMR system.
