Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license
- Patient, energetic, and child-centered approach to care
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset

- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
- Partner with families and caregivers to support progress and carryover at home
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
