Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or in final stages of licensure)
- Interest in leadership, autonomy, and clinic growth
- Self-driven clinician who enjoys taking ownership of outcomes
- Strong communicator and team player
- Desire to help create a positive, high-performing clinic culture
Nice To Haves
- Pelvic health experience or interest is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care
- Delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Helping shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
- Collaborating with leadership on clinic growth initiatives
- Ensuring timely, accurate documentation
- Mentoring and collaborating with team members as the clinic grows
- Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
