About The Position
Do you believe in quality over quantity when it comes to patient care? Our private outpatient clinic in Estero is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. Here, you’ll have the time and resources to create custom treatment plans that truly work for everyone, helping them regain mobility and confidence in their daily lives.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and design tailored treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with a focus on hands-on techniques and personalized exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to meet evolving needs
- Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle adjustments for long-term health
- Keep detailed, accurate records of patient treatments and progress
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff alike
