Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Florida Physical Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable)
Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification
A team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function
Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions across a diverse patient population
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families to support recovery and long‑term outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with billing, regulatory, and safety standards
Recognize when patients have achieved optimal benefit from therapy and adjust plans accordingly
