Requirements

Education: BS in Physical Therapy (or higher) from an APTA-approved program
Licensure: Active Texas PT License + valid Texas Driver’s License
Skills: Solid therapy practice standards, great interpersonal skills, current BLS CPR (healthcare provider), DME knowledge
Transportation: Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance

Experience: Home health preferred

Responsibilities
