Requirements

  • License: Current, valid California Physical Therapist (PT) License.
  • Experience: All experience levels welcome! New Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Mindset: A compassionate, resident-centered approach with a desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and design evidence-based treatment plans for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
  • Lead high-quality sessions focused on restoring mobility, building strength, and fostering independence.
  • Partner with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident quality of life and participate in meaningful care planning.
  • Provide guidance to PTAs and educate nursing staff on safe mobility and restorative care techniques.
