Upstream Physical Therapist $54/hr Upstream Clinic Schedule Type: Deferred Schedule Specialty/Dept.: Therapy Physical Therapist Shift Type: 8hr Day Pricing Negotiations Permitted : Yes Stipend: Max Travel Stipend Allocation Offered Guaranteed Hours (Weekly) : 36 Weeks: 13 Requisition Start Date: ASAP Selected Contract Type: Daily OT after 24 hours [Based on multiplier] Weekly OT after 40 hours [Based on multiplier] OnCall: No Type: Travel Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? yes Will accept First Time Travelers? yes 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics: No Patient Population: Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
Requirements
- Outpatient Experience is preferred.
- Will accept New Grads?
- Will accept First Time Travelers?
