About The Position
Inabia is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its Rehab Therapy team. This role focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitative services to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. This opportunity is open to both experienced therapists and new graduates.
Requirements
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license or Compact eligibility (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document evaluations, daily treatments, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, productivity standards, and professional regulations
