About The Position

Earn steady hourly pay with a flexible, local schedule and true 1:1 patient care. Role: Physical Therapist (Home Health) Location/Type: St. Louis County St. Louis City St. Charles Jefferson County Field-Based Pay: $45–$55/hr + $10,000 sign-on (full-time) Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, or 4-day week You control your day. Local caseload. No clinic. No productivity pressure.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (Missouri)
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Work authorization in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• OASIS documentation exposure

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 PT in patient homes
• Build clear, goal-based treatment plans
• Improve mobility, strength, independence
• Coordinate with RN, OT, care team (fast decisions)
• Complete notes during paid time (no after-hours charting)
• Manage 5–6 visits/day (not 12–18)
