About The Position

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants flexibility while still practicing in a high-quality, patient-first environment.
This is a treating role—you will perform evaluations and follow-up visits, manage plans of care, and help our patients return to sport and active life.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (required)
• BLS/CPR (required)
• Outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available)

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic and sports PT evaluations and follow-ups
• Develop and progress individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based care with excellent patient communication
• Utilize objective testing (VALD) when appropriate to guide progress
• Maintain high-quality documentation (supported by AI scribe)
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a strong clinic culture
