About The Position
We're hiring a Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Rehab Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a PRN opportunity located at Baptist Nassau in the Fernandina Beach area. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Team at Baptist South. This position requires a candidate with experience working in an acute care setting, and previous experience in ortho and neuro care. This is a PRN opportunity. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist Required
- Less than 1 year Orthopedics
- Neuro Experience

- Master's Degree

Responsibilities
- Evaluates, plans, directs and administers physical therapy treatment to patients.
- Provides patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
- Oversees support staff.
- Participates in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities.
- Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
- Participates in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
