About The Position

Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services - Full time - Starting hourly rate $57.00 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality nursing care providing a warm and compassionate environment - 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, 40hrs/week, homecare visits required - Middlesex and Somerset Counties, all Parker locations - The Physical Therapist will provide direct physical therapy services to residents and those we serve with the goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice. Requirements

  • MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience
  • Valid NJ State Physical Therapy licensure
  • Valid NJ Driver's License
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients
  • Homecare visits required
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season
