About The Position

Physical Therapist - Full time - Days - 80 hours bi-weekly Exciting opportunity for experienced professional and/or new grad looking for strong mentorship from a skilled and knowledgeable team! They develop an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability and work with the individual to prevent the loss of mobility.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
Current state Board of Physical Therapy licensure.
BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

One year of physical therapist experience.

Responsibilities

Performs patient evaluations through the process of obtaining history, performing relevant systems review, and selecting and administering specific tests and measures to obtain data.
Establishes an individualized plan of care and selects treatment techniques that addresses the specific impairments identified in the evaluation and in accordance with physician orders.
Conducts ongoing reassessment of the patient and their response to treatment.
Initiates and manages the discharge plan beginning at the first visit and continuing throughout treatment.
Supervises and delegates to ancillary staff and students consistent with state laws and department policy.
