Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN within their therapy team at Sunny Vista Living Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy
- State license
- New graduates are welcome to this program and will be provided mentorship

- One year of experience as a PT
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
- Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
