About The Position
A per-diem Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), position is available in Middletown, RI. The successful candidate will provide consistent therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Facility located in Middletown. This position provides approximately 12-15 hours per week. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. The management team understands therapists' needs and values a healthy work-life balance and continuing education. The company emphasizes providing high-quality care for the best resident outcomes.
Requirements
- Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Facility setting
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
