About The Position

Position: Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: NovaCare – Rosedale, Baltimore, MD Specialties: Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Amputees, Neurology, Vestibular, Oncology (ReVital) Compensation: Starting at $80,000 Incentives: Indefinite loan assistance and potential sign-on bonus At NovaCare Rosedale , we’re proud to deliver exceptional patient care that helps individuals return to the activities they love, whether that’s sports, work, or everyday life. We treat a diverse outpatient population, including: Orthopedic and sports injuries Neurological conditions Vestibular disorders Oncology rehabilitation (ReVital program) Amputee care We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10–12 patients per day , with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions , allowing for meaningful, personalized care. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior). Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
