About The Position

R|O|C Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics, serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a manageable patient volume, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• New Grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
