Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
- Passion for outpatient care (ortho, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, fall prevention)
- 1+ year outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
Nice To Haves
- Pelvic health experience a plus (training available)
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and track outcomes
- Educate patients on home programs and long-term wellness
- Supervise PTAs, aides, or students as needed
- Participate in clinic operations, community outreach, and provider events
Benefits
- $77,000–$90,000 base salary
- Monthly performance bonuses
