• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish measurable functional goals
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic and functional assessments
• Document patient care, progress, and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic programs and home care
• Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals
• Support and guide PTAs, aides, students, and new staff
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and infection control standards
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development
• Deliver care consistent with CARES values
