About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists in Towson, MD, to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults. This role involves delivering physical therapy services directly in patients' homes or within Senior Living Communities, utilizing FOX's signature Geriatric House Calls™ model. Therapists will help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. The position offers autonomy and flexibility to create and manage one's own treatment schedule, fostering strong patient relationships. Clinicians may also incorporate telehealth and virtual care for greater flexibility and continuity. FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated practice focused on meaningful relationships, evidence-based care, and abolishing ageism, providing a supportive environment where leaders understand clinical work. The company offers various employment types including full-time, part-time, and PRN, with competitive compensation and benefits. Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
  • Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
  • Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
  • Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place
  • Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility
