About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a key member of our integrated healthcare approach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being of our patients by providing high quality physical therapy services. You will work as a team with other providers! We schedule 30-minute appointments that are never double booked to increase 1:1 time spent with patients, allowing you to focus on patient care and point of service documentation. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to travel to Gilbert clinic
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at computer terminal for extended periods of time.
Ability to communicate via telephone.
Ability to communicate in an active office environment.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans to help patients recover and achieve their goals.
Guide and lead PTAs and techs in executing treatment plans effectively.
Collaborate with medical and chiropractic providers to ensure well-rounded patient care.
Document patient progress daily in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
Educate patients on exercises and strategies for long-term wellness.
