About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a key member of our integrated healthcare approach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being of our patients by providing high quality physical therapy services. You will work as a team with other providers! We schedule 30-minute appointments that are never double booked to increase 1:1 time spent with patients, allowing you to focus on patient care and point of service documentation. Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to travel to Gilbert clinic
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit at computer terminal for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate via telephone.
  • Ability to communicate in an active office environment.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans to help patients recover and achieve their goals.
  • Guide and lead PTAs and techs in executing treatment plans effectively.
  • Collaborate with medical and chiropractic providers to ensure well-rounded patient care.
  • Document patient progress daily in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Educate patients on exercises and strategies for long-term wellness.
