Job Overview & Work Site What we treat. Our caseload primarily consists of patients with n eurological, c ardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. On the outpatient side, w e carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative orthopedic caseload . While in the inpatient setting , we are on a c ohesive multidisciplinary team. All treatments are 1-on-1 with a patient care focus. We partner with AdventHealth to provide inpatient and outpatient therapy services. We keep a therapist-first mindset allowing therapists to feel supported and understood when delivering services. Providing therapy in both settings allows for a great diverse patient population. How we do it. We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.
