About The Position
We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Pompano Beach, FL. The role focuses on helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and work toward daily goals through individualized care. With one patient scheduled each hour, this setting allows you to stay present during treatment and keep care personal. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a salary of $80K to $100K/year DOE plus full benefits.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s needs
- Use therapeutic exercise and functional training to support progress
- Reevaluate patients and update care plans when needed
- Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and exercise routines
- Maintain accurate records and clinical documentation
