About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including post-surgical cases, to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a consistent patient caseload
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Treat patients in a 100% outpatient setting, including post-surgical rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
