About The Position

The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions. Madonna Towers is looking for a casual physical therapist to assist with Saturday treatments (typically a half day with flexible hours) and/or needs during the week. $1000 bonus after 1 year if they work 1 Saturday a month consistently for that entire year. #BHSMadonnatowers

Requirements

• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans.
• Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs.
• Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
