About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Deerfield Beach, FL. In this role, you will help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and recover safely through one-on-one treatment and personalized care plans. This is a steady weekday position with a patient schedule that allows you to stay focused on quality care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify treatment goals
- Create individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
- Provide hands-on treatment, exercise guidance, and movement training
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate
- Educate patients on home exercises and recovery strategies
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
