About The Position

Architech Sports is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver personalized physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement for athletes. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech’s 5 Pillars methodology (flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement), utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities. This position requires maintaining high standards of care, managing clinical schedules, continuous professional development, and active collaboration with athletes, coaches, healthcare providers, and team members. The Physical Therapist will also engage with the local community by building connections and supporting athletes at sporting events.

Requirements

  • Licensed (or soon to be) DPT

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech’s 5 Pillars methodology: flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Maintain a high standard of care aligned with Architech’s core values: "Show them you care," "It’s not just about you," and "Use your resources."
  • Manage individual clinical schedules effectively, ensuring excellent patient retention and clinic flow.
  • Stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques by attending continuing education courses and participating in mentorship programs.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete clinical documentation in compliance with Architech standards.
  • Foster a positive, Growth Mindset within the clinic, remaining open to new processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in mentorship opportunities, both as a learner and a peer mentor, to contribute to a culture of professional development.
  • Represent Architech Sports in the local community by building connections with schools, sports associations, and healthcare providers.
  • Support athletes at high school football games or other sporting events, offering sideline care and fostering relationships within the sports community.
  • Serve as a resource for community partners, ensuring quick access to care for athletes in need of acute injury management.
