About The Position
Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Full-time Physical Therapist to join a large facility with 155 beds committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our residents. Facility Details: Total Beds: 155 Short-Term Rehabilitation Rating: Average Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to residents, contributing to their overall rehabilitation and recovery process. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nursing and other therapy staff, to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the physical therapy needs of residents. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning of resident care activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress. Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, promoting their well-being and recovery.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
